Current product contract
- The English website lists a one-time price of $9.99 USD. Polar is the price source and confirms the actual transaction currency, total, and tax at checkout.
- Lifetime ScreenTale access includes all future releases.
- Each completed, non-refunded purchase grants a separate license for up to 3 active Macs; customers may purchase additional licenses.
- Each successful validation provides 14 days of full paid offline use plus a 7-day grace period; passing 21 days does not remove ownership or projects, but clean export and automatic updates require revalidation.
- The account-bound Launch Pass lasts 30 days on one active Mac, requires no payment method, and adds no watermark. The user signs in to claim it and connects at least once every 24 hours to keep clean export available.
- Polar handles checkout, transaction tax, invoices, and receipts as merchant of record.
Open decisions
The voluntary refund window, governing law, seller contact, Vietnam tax/accounting duties, and checkout acceptance copy still require owner and qualified review.
